Nursing Bra
It doesn't matter if you are not breastfeeding yet; your breasts will definitely leak out the milky goodness, and you won't want to be wearing your favorite chic bra when that happens. Investing in nursing bras would help balance the weight of your full breasts and enable you to effortlessly tug at it for a quick breastfeeding or breast milk pump session.
Nursing Pads
Leaking breasts can be a huge source of embarrassment, and though it's nothing to be ashamed of, nursing pads come in handy, especially when you are stepping out in those impressionable clothes. Go for thick ones with softer textures while at it.
Facial Scrubs and Face Masks
Acne is a pregnant woman's unwanted best friend. They're mostly always turn up. Facial scrubs and face masks can make them go away. Be pregnant, be beautiful.
Nipple Cream
Nothing hurts more than a swollen nipple after a breastfeeding session. It may not hurt as bad as labor but it's also quite painful. Nipple cream eases the ache and pain. Grab one now.
Shea Butter
Shea Butter is fat from a nut of the African Shea Tree which is ground into a yellow or white-cream-like butter.

Soothing Music For Relaxation
Music is a remedy for so many things. It is great for relaxing, energizing, and motivating oneself, especially during exercises. It can help wean your mind off the anxiety you feel concerning your baby's birth. Meditation music can bring you the calm you seek and help you focus on your breathing exercises. Classical music is great for stimulating your baby's mind, too.
Natural Aphrodisiac
Having a baby can temporarily disrupt your relationship. It's possible to focus more time and attention on the baby while your partner and sexual life get neglected.
Spice up the time you spend with your partner by using natural drinks that are delicious and act as aphrodisiacs.
Try a date/tigernut/coconut drink. Wash a medium-sized bowl filled with tiger nuts to remove the dirt. Wash and cut 15 dates into bits. Then, remove the fleshy part of the coconut from the shell and chop it into bits. Blend the tiger nuts, dates, and coconut pieces and drink them.
This drink is best had with your partner before sex as it increases the sexual desire and energy of both partners. You deserve that sex.
